The twelve best brass bands of Europe will be competing for the prestigious title of European champion. The competition starts with performing the set test piece Time for Outrage! by composer Marco Pütz from Luxembourg. In this piece, Pütz expresses his personal disgust of the current crises in the world. Not that he has the illusion that his music will offer relief but at least it shows a general outrage. Prior to this concert there will be a two-minute silence conducted by the National Commemoration ceremony.
